Payment Systems & Telemetry
Our contactless card reader will accept payment via debit and credit cards, ApplePay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay etc.
All our fully managed machines come with a change-giving coin mechanism and a contactless card reader. We also offer contactless card readers for our self-filled customer machines.
Alternative payment solutions are also available in the form of pre-loaded cards. These can be used for staff engagement e.g. offer free vends or a pre-loaded amount of money.
Telemetry
The telemetry system offers real live data. It can generate automatic reports and send alerts for any machine of out of order. On fully managed machines, it is also used for reordering stock from the main warehouse and restocking our operator’s vans.
Telemetry gives us the following advantages:
- Greater transparency of the business to maximise profit
- Early warning stocking threshold alert so no out-of-stock situation
- Identification of high & low selling products to review planograms
- Target engineering to prevent issues moving away from reactive service calls
- Informs operator what product is needed before going to the machine
